Reading & Writing Workshops

 


Online Scribblers is pleased to bring literature based  reading courses to our school year course schedule!


Each class is only $99!


Reading classic literature and practicing comprehension skills improves learning across the board. And of course, it goes without saying, that good readers are also good writers!


Each four week session concentrates entirely on literature based writing and will address reading comprehension and encourage deep insights into classic literature while working on effective short essay format and longer book report style writing.


Students read a portion of the assigned book each week and answer comprehension quizzes, learn vocabulary from the book, share insights with their peers in forums, and write both meaningful essays and creative assignments that resonate with the book's theme.




Monthly sessions will take place during the 2017-18 school year

with new books being introduced regularly!
